I’m getting this error when trying to work with an Action App in a Task of Action Center. Any clue? Is this a bug?

Yes, but today it started working again. UiPath team told me via insider program that had some kind of issue
File has issue with rendering into Action apps. Apps engineer team knows about it. so please dont use file right now.
