Access On-Prem Uipath/Orchestrator from External enviornment

Hi team,

Greetings for the day!

I have been working for a client who uses on-prem infrastructure. We do RPD to access these machines.

We want to access their infrastructure from our system.
Looks like there are lots of access and security blocker come into picture.

Is there any guide available that can be used to acquire access ?

It has nothing to do with UiPath. This is just basic network, firewall, security stuff.

I highly doubt they will allow you to access their systems from outside their network like that. They’d be nuts to open that up to the world.
