Access mails inside a folder using IMAP

Hey Guys,

I am trying to read mail inside a folder which is in Inbox using IMAP.

Inbox–>BusinessMail folder–> Business mail

It is a shared mailbox so I cannot change any folder structure. I am able to read all mails inside Inbox but while reading mails in folders which are inside Inbox, I am getting this error

Get IMAP Mail Messages: The requested folder could not be found.

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Can you confirm whether you are giving the folder as

Inbox\BusinessMail folder\Business mail

Hey @HareeshMR

Yes. Here BusinessMail folder is the folder inside Inbox and Business mail is mail received inside BusinessMail folder.

It is working exactly fine for me @Devbrath_Rajkhua

Can you check if you are giving any spaces for the folder names .copy and paste the folder names and check once

yeah there was an extra space between the folder names :man_facepalming::man_facepalming::man_facepalming: . Its working fine now.
