I have completed all of the Automation Developer Associate Training (v2024.10) courses.
I have also successfully completed both assessments.
However, i cannot get a credential for Automation Developer Associate Training (v2024.10) because the “Automation Explorer (v2024.10) - Assessment” is not marked as completed.
When i click “Resume” on it, I get the message “You have already completed this assessment. Great job!”.
So the assessment is not marked as completed, and I also cannot take it again and try to fix it.

This issue usually occurs due to a synchronization error between the assessment completion and the course progress tracker. Please ensure that all post-course surveys are completed, then clear your browser cache, log out, and log back into UiPath Academy to refresh the progress. If the issue persists, raise a support ticket with UiPath Academy including screenshots of the completion status for manual verification and credential issuance.

Thank you very much for taking the time to try to help me.
I did a complete cleaning of browser data, logged out, deleted everything again, closed the browser, reopened the browser, logged in again to UiPath.
The issue persists.
I have expanded every course and all of them, including surveys are completed. I also clicked continue on the bugged assessment until there where no surveys shown (there were some on the first time I tried to check if that was the problem).

Not sure why this is still unresolved
so let me drop the straightforward answer here.
If you’ve completed a course but the platform refuses to mark it as done—and you’re stuck without the diploma—just raise a ticket with UiPath. This happens sometimes when the learning path progress gets stuck even though you finished everything.

Submit the ticket there. They usually clear these cases in about two business days.
