Assessment not marked as completed even after passing multiple times

Hello,

I have successfully completed the Automation Developer Associate Training Assessment (v2023.10 and v2024.10) multiple times, achieving a passing score. However, the courses are still showing the status “Resume” instead of “Completed” in UiPath Academy.

Could you please help fix this issue or manually update my progress?

You need complete each module 100% and complete all the Feedback Survey.

Thank you for your reply.
As you can see in the screenshots I attached, I have already completed 100% of all modules and I also completed the Feedback Survey.

The only issue is that the final Assessment still shows “Resume” even though I passed it several times with 100% score.

Unfortunately, I cannot raise this issue directly with Academy Support because my account is on a Community plan, and the portal blocks me with the following message:

“Assistance is not available for Community plans. Please upgrade to Enterprise or use another license..”

Do you know if there is another way to escalate this issue ? Thanks a lot in advance!

Okay, here is an example.

the issue exists for both assessments, and once I click on ‘Continue’ it exits, but it is still marked as not completed.

On Academy support you can raise the issue. No need of enterprise license for that.

Click on Exit Assignments and check

I clicked on Exit Assignments, but the issue persists it is still not marked as completed.

The form gets auto loaded once we are on the page.
