Azure App Service installed but Orchestrator won't load. Identity logs show the following error "A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server".
Issue description:
Azure App Service installed but Orchestrator won't load. Identity logs show the following error "A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server".
Resolution:
- Verify the connection string in both the Orchestrator and Identity App Service.
- Follow the instructions for our Azure App Service Installation as seen here
- The name for the database connection string in both Orchestrator and Identity should be identical to the documentation:
- Orchestrator - "Default"
- Identity - "DefaultConnection"
- Verify that it is exactly as written in our docs, it is also case-sensitive.
