Problem with running orchestrator on windows server

Hi have setup a windows instance on Azure and installed ui path orchestrator but while launching the orchestrator I’m getting the following error: {“message”:“An error has occurred.”,“errorCode”:0,“resourceIds”:null}
Please find the attached screenshot for reference

Can anyone please guide me on how to fix this issue and connect this orchestrator to my on premise studio.

Hi @loginerror ,
It would be really helpful if you can suggest on how can I fix this issue

Hi @nitesh.chouhan24

Can you try to restart the Orchestrate server and SQL server Data Base in the same time

Regards
Gokul

Hey @nitesh.chouhan24

I hope your DB is accessible from the same environment and also the pool\identity you are using for authentication from IIS to access various resources should be valid.

Hope this helps

Thanks

@Nithinkrishna Thanks for looking out. Can you specifically mention like which part should I look into? Is it the application/pool identity.json you are talking about?

Hi @Nithinkrishna
Thanks for keeping an eye out for me, I really appreciate it.
Previously I was using sql database that have been set up on the same machine on which I was installing the orchestrator, however i could not understand what was the issue with that.
Later I installed orchestrator and the sql database was setup on another server so that fixed the issue.
Now the on-premise orchestrator looks totally different from the cloud orchestrator and I struggling with setting it up and connecting it to Ui Path studio on my local machine. I have the trial enterprise key but unable to make connections. I have contacted Ui Path support too but havent received any response yet.

Hey @nitesh.chouhan24

Please go the tenant & create a user.

For the user you can go to robot setup and configure un-attended / attended any type of robots with necessary details.

Provided you have the licenses for the above.

If you need any specific help on the above please let me know.

Thanks

UiPath shows certificate error.

So the orchestrator certificate have you installed in the machine ?
