Please refer below thread on similar discussion. For connection to integration service connector, UiPath needs to have access to the scopes defined in the thread for same however personal accounts don’t have SharePoint read/write permissions enabled for personal accounts which is why you are not able to connect using personal account.

Hey, Even thought some Endpoints are supported with Personal accounts most of the endpoints are not supported by Graph API. By end of May we will come a new Official package which should solve some of these issues or at least make more clear what it works and what it doesn’t for Developers who are using Personal Accounts to create automations.
