The Calendar & Workload Protection Agent is a UiPath-based agentic automation that:
Connects to Outlook, Jira, and ServiceNow using UiPath Integration Service.
Analyzes meeting and ticket descriptions using AI/ML (via AI Center or external LLMs).
Detects overload risk by evaluating calendar density and task urgency.
Suggests deep work time blocks and reschedules non-critical meetings automatically.
Generates smart replies for certain emails based on group/subject triggers.
Calculates a private productivity score and sends well-being suggestions like breaks or learning time.
All actions are logged via Orchestrator and visible only to the user through Assistant or Apps.
This agent is autonomous, proactive, and tailored to individual employees scaling workforce enablement across teams.
