The current workforce management typically rely on spreadsheets and basic reporting tools or basic automations to analyse historical staffing data and assess skillsets to identify suitable resources. Challenges include:
- Reactive Analysis Employee Profiles and Requirements: analysing employee profiles against project requirements process is labour-intensive and inefficient
- Inefficient Talent Acquisition: When skill gaps are identified, the hiring process for new talent is often slow and reactive, resulting in understaffing and project delays
- Limited Upskilling Opportunities: Existing employees may not receive personalised learning plans, leading to skill stagnation and decreased employee engagement

To address the identified challenges, we propose the implementation of an HR - Resource Management agents that leverage UiPath Agentic AI technology:
