Writing the entire row based on the condition into excel sheet

Hello!
I am using one excel sheet having values of emp no, emp name and emp sal.
based on the condition, I’d like to write the entire row into another xl file.
Attached are respective xaml and input sheet.

Kindly help me how to write into different sheets based on the conditions.
Appreciate your help.
