Word's Insert Datatable to document is somewhat slow

Hello, using the insert datatable to document activity for word i can see that it is somewhat slow. I can see the cells being filled one by one.
I have a time constraint for my process and currently the processing on the word is 80% datatable insertion ( i have big datatables).

Is there any way to accelerate this?

Also why there is no activity to set/reset the current font, that would be neat

The only way to speed up is use your own macro or .net code to write data

Even for font the same thing
