Which Librarires should I choose for creating PDF in Windows Projects?

I’m trying to create my own PDF files without using Word activities in a Windows Project.

I see we have iTextSharp and pdfSharp but non of the oficial libraries could be use in a Windows Project, it has to be a Windows Legacy Project.

¿Do you have any recommendation about which open source or free libraries should I choose to create PDFs in this kind of projects (Windows)?

My Idea is to add a tiitle and a image for each page of the PDF.

You can install the UiPath.Pdf.Activities packages to use the pdf activities.
