Hi @Revive_Business benefits of automation are many:

  • Customer satisfaction: Helps you provide a better customer experience when interacting with your company.
  • Employee satisfaction / retention: Do you want to attract talent and retain them? Give them tools to automate their repetitive tasks, if not they would probably go away.
  • Cost reduction: Of course, in terms of repetitive, low exception tasks, robots can do much more than humans, even working 24 hours.
  • Compliance: Regulatory pressure increases in time. Automation helps you to be resilient and compliant.
