Web scraping using downloaded project

I downloaded this project because it refers to the site I am interested in as my initial project

but as total new user not sure how it would be used ( i understand if the answer is - this is a terrible place to start, but it is the use case I am interested in for now). Obviously I assume you can feed it a list of addresses to the address line arguments somehow and return the postcodes somewhere but as a completely new person I don’t know how that works.
