Web elements not capturing

Hi All,

I am new to this community & i started UiPath past 2month back.

I have an application called servicenow

I am using UiPath studio x

Use application activity capturing the service now URL in edge window

Next I am using click activity here when I am trying to capture the target called " New" it not allowing me to capture on new it selecting whole page.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

Edge extension is installed

I tried using by using F3 capturing the image while running it’s not captured.

Please seeking help from you all.

Also did you indicate the correct window?

Why you are not trying into Chrome browser “service now” Web portal, capturing the image is not recommended pls share a screenshot of the page
