Web.config file location

Where is web.config file? I am using Community edition- latest version and have connected Bot and ran processes from Orchestrator. My UiPath installation is under
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\UiPath - but I don’t have Orchestrator folder as suggested in Previous discussion of the forum. Help me out… Thanks in advance!

orchestrator CE is in the cloud, you dont have anything locally, you cant change anything from there…

Web config file comes for Enterprise edition , not for the community edition

if we use a cloud offering for enter prise then where will we get access for web .config ?
