I am a begginer sales consultant of UiPath. I was asked by my manager, what are the best ways of monitoring robots? Baisically we want to avoid situation where a robot comes accross a problem, stops working and nobody knows about it. What are the best practises?
On the development side
- The logs should be detailed and have as much context as possible. This way it you can quickly know which part of the workflow caused the problem
- When the robot encounters an exception, it should send an email which includes a screenshot + the error message
If you want to manually monitor the robot, you can use this tool stream it to another robot in the same network.
