Ways of monitoring robots

I am a begginer sales consultant of UiPath. I was asked by my manager, what are the best ways of monitoring robots? Baisically we want to avoid situation where a robot comes accross a problem, stops working and nobody knows about it. What are the best practises?

On the development side

  1. The logs should be detailed and have as much context as possible. This way it you can quickly know which part of the workflow caused the problem
  2. When the robot encounters an exception, it should send an email which includes a screenshot + the error message

If you want to manually monitor the robot, you can use this tool stream it to another robot in the same network.
