Warning message appears when saving drafts with excel file attachment in Outlook

Warning outlook message
“The attachment “attachment filename” is opened from the message “email subject” is open or in use by another application. If you continue, your changes ti the attachment will be lost Do you want to continue? Yes or No”
appears when saving drafts with excel file attachment in Outlook.

Is there anyone had encountered this issue? Excel files are not opened while creating drafts.

Hi @Lizette

Kindly use a kill process Activity before this Activity you are using and mention the process name property as “EXCEL”
The reason is the excel file might be running in background

Unfortunately, this workaround does not resolve the issue. Also excel file is not running on the background.
