Orchestrator_Trigger_ErrorWhen trying to access or add a new trigger, an error with the code 199 is displayed: Sorry! An error occurred and the page will reload (#199 - Value shortOffset out of range for Intl.DateTimeFormat options property timeZoneName). Hence it is not able to add the triggers for the rest of the processes.
Issue Description
When accessing the Trigger tab inside the Orchestrator UI, an error is blocking any modification inside the triggers.
Error message: "#199 - Value shortOffset out of range for Intl.DateTimeFormat"
Root Cause
The problem is caused by the Orchestrator server machine not meeting all the Software prerequisites as described here.
Resolution
The browser version should meet the recommendation and, if an older and deprecated version is used, the error will be displayed and blocking the accessibility of the Trigger tab.
