We are trying to consume the service /odata/Queues/UiPathODataSvc.AddQueueItem .The problems ocurrs when we try to use in the body characters like ö ä ï . We send the UTF-8 configuration in the header but in the portal of Queue looks the error. it only ocurrs with Queue

The Queue I believe uses json types. Do you think since it requires json, it needs to be encoded first? Sorry, I am not sure and don’t have a definite answer for you.
If you have enterprise version, you can try technical support though, if noone speaks up here.

Do you have on premises version? If so, check here for location of web.config: Orchestrator - Web.Config - https://docs.uipath.com/
i have the community version.
On Community it’s unfortunately not possible to edit the web.config.
