can i please ask if it is possible to use “Use outlook 365” when you are not reading the inbox folder i have another folder that i want to read emails from but i dont know how can i access that folder when using outlook 365
Using Get Mail activity, configure the Input → Mail Folder as below and you should be able to get the desired folder:
