Use of outlook DL to Assign task in action center

Hi All,

Thank you in advance!!

I’m looking to add outlook DL for assigning an action to user on action center using Assign Task activity, can we use DL in UserName/Email property? how it will work? will it assign task to all the members of that DL?

Hi @Parmar_Snehal_Cognizant,

Every outlook DL have their own email id. You can get it by double clicking on the DL In outlook and under CONTACT tab you will have it’s email id. You can use this.

Yes already tried that but bot is not assigning task to any of the user under that DL, task remains as it is in unassigned or it say already completed allhough no one has completed it
