Use Browser Activity Error while using hardware events

While using the Use browser activity with input mode as Hardware events i am getting an error like access is denied. whereas while using the same activity with input method as Windows message it is working fine. What is the issue here? I want to use Hardware events as input method.

Sometime some applications might not support hardware clicks.
