Urgent: activated license but getting error when starting bot

Hi all,

I just went from community edition to activating my license (if i click help, it is activated and expires in 51 weeks). But when I click “run” to activate the bot i get the following error:

What do we have to do?

Hi @loginerror, yes I created a ticket yesterday but not reply so far.

What installer do you have? Is your Robot in user-mode or as a service?

Thanks for your reply. We managed to solve it yesterday.
I created a ticket and we had to remove the license file in the programdata folder and reactivate.
