Uploaded calculate client security hash zip file in academy and asking me to re upload

Hello Everyone,

I have completed all status of type WI5 in client security hash with the correct formula in sha1 online as mentioned in PDD and also i have provided the same email for both academy and as well as for acme website, But while i am uploading my zip file in the academy it is showing as Re submission request with 0/100 points. I am unable to understand where the problem is, Please help me out with this issue or any one facing the same issue.
