Unable To Verify The First Certificate API Call

When trying to do an API call, error " Unable to verify the first certificate" thrown.

Issue Description: When calling an Orchestrator API, the following error is encountered in Postman for example:

Root Cause: Unable to verify the first certificate.

Resolution: Open a ticket with the cloud provider (Google, Azure, etc) to help check the certificates. In this case the Root certificate and the GCP load balancer .
