Unable to view any dashboard in the Insights You are not authenticated to view this page 401.

Error message: You are not authenticated to view this page 401

Root Cause: The browser is unable to pass the looker authenticated header into the Insights site. It is blocked in the browser's previous cookies.

Solution:

  • Clear the browser cache and cookies, then access it.
