The icon for UiPath Apps was previously available in the left Navigation bar in the Automation Cloud home page, but the Apps icon is no longer visible. Apps page can be accessed directly through URL and the appropriate roles are given to the user to be able to use apps. How can this be resolved?
Issue Description:
The icon Apps was previously available in the left Navigation bar in the Automation Cloud home page, but the Apps icon is no longer visible. Apps page can be accessed directly through URL and the appropriate roles are given to the user to be able to use apps.
Resolution: Follow below steps
- Navigate to Admin > Settings> Advanced > Enable the setting for App
- Navigate to Automation Cloud Home page >App>Access Management> check the App permission
- Navigate to Orchestrator > Tenant > Manage Access> Edit user>the UI Profile settings> Standard Interface
