The last time I access cloud.uipath.com is 7 days ago, and I can see the API Access icon at the right of the Orchestrator row. But today when I log in to the Orchestrator cloud, it disappears. I don’t change anything in the recent 7 days.
Hey @Yongjiang_Liu
Please use External applications tab for configuring applications to access API.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. But I don’t have the 3rd party application to configure. I just want to simply call “https://account.uipath.com/oauth/token” to get access token in Postman.
I can get my user key and client id from the Admin>Tenants>MyTenantServiceList>Orchestrator> APIAccessIcon 7 days ago. And I still can use these values to get a new access token right now.
But when I try to revoke access to refress my user key and client id yesterday, I find that this API Access icon is not available.
No, I’m not using On-premises Orchestrator. I use Automation Cloud, and I get the access token from the Postman by following the instructions in Consuming Cloud API, and succeed.
BTW, I do not use the Azure Active Directory to sign up for Automation Cloud. I use Google account for signing in.
I can see the API access Icon before. When I click this icon, I can get the API access information from the popup window. But I can’t see this icon right now.
I need to see the popup window below to get informtion for get token api call
Today, I just register a new UiPath user by a new email, and everything is the default value. When I check the Admin>Tenants>MyTenantServiceList>Orchestrator, this API Access icon is not available either.
