Unable to run Test case from Test Manager

Hi,

I am facing issue while running the test case from test manager. I have published the test case to the orchestrator and package is available in the package feed but still i am getting the issue.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

I m able to see the package in Orchestrator & Process list. Also i am able run the test case from orchestrator testing tab. but still failing while trying to run from test manager.
If i create the test set in orchestrator & enable the coverage details. and link the test set from test manager to orchestrator test set i m able run it from test manager but wont get coverage details. how do i get coverage details if i link the test set from test manager to orchestrator test set??

can you share screen shots from orchestrator and testmanager in which you have published the test cases
