Unable to read CSV file with special Character

Hi,

I am new In UiPath, I am trying to read a CSV file which has few special character.
But whn I try to run my activity it give an exception, I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Any Solution for this?

use Excel Application scope to read the csv file.
