Unable to open Automation Ops on enterprise orchestrator

Hi,
I’m using UiPath Orchestrator with an enterprise license. When I try to open Automation Ops, it doesn’t load.

  • Orchestrator version: 2024.10.0-s168.8384
  • License type: Enterprise
  • Browser: Chrome, Edge
  • Steps tried: cleared cache, tried incognito

  1. Verify Service Activation
  • Go to Admin > Tenants > [Your Tenant] > Manage Services.
  • Ensure Automation Ops is listed and enabled.
  • If not, click Add Services and enable Automation Ops.
  1. Check User Roles and Permissions
  • Navigate to Admin > Users and Groups.
  • Ensure your user account has a role that includes Automation Ops permissions.
  • If needed, assign or create a custom role with the required access.

1. Check Automation Ops Installation

  • Automation Ops is a separate component in the UiPath Automation Suite.
  • It must be deployed during the suite installation or explicitly enabled later.

Ask your infrastructure/admin team to confirm if Automation Ops is:

  • Installed
  • Enabled
  • Running as a service

:white_check_mark: 2. Access Permissions

  • Your user role might not have access to Automation Ops.

In Orchestrator:

  • Go to Admin > Roles
  • Check if your user/role has Automation Ops permissions
  • Look for roles like AutomationOps Administrator or similar
