Hi,
I’m using UiPath Orchestrator with an enterprise license. When I try to open Automation Ops, it doesn’t load.
- Orchestrator version: 2024.10.0-s168.8384
- License type: Enterprise
- Browser: Chrome, Edge
- Steps tried: cleared cache, tried incognito

check the below steps
1. Check Automation Ops Installation
- Automation Ops is a separate component in the UiPath Automation Suite.
- It must be deployed during the suite installation or explicitly enabled later.
Action:
Ask your infrastructure/admin team to confirm if Automation Ops is:
- Installed
- Enabled
- Running as a service
2. Access Permissions
- Your user role might not have access to Automation Ops.
Action:
In Orchestrator:
- Go to Admin > Roles
- Check if your user/role has Automation Ops permissions
- Look for roles like
AutomationOps Administrator
or similar
