I’m facing an issue while trying to install the Testing Automation Framework and Mobile Testing packages in UiPath. During the installation, I receive an error message related to a license upgrade.
I have already ensured that all the required permissions are correctly set both in Orchestrator and the admin panel, but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this before or can suggest how to resolve the license upgrade error? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Having Testing Robot licenses in the tenant doesn’t automatically give you access.
Go to Admin → Users & Groups → Your User and check if the role includes Testing Robot or Automation Developer Pro.
If you only have “Automation Developer” assigned, Studio won’t unlock the testing templates.
And
In Studio, under Home → Settings → License and Profile, check if your profile is set to Testing (not just Studio / StudioX).
Restart Studio after switching.
NOTE : go to your tenants> License and check the Testing License if free or occupied.[it will show like 0 or 1,2 occupied]
