How to use UiPath - Flex - Unattended Robot - Test? Is it UAT or Test Suite license?

We are having 2 licenses under Test Tab in UiPath UAT Orchestrator. In license document it is named as “UiPath - Flex - Unattended Robot - Test” I am unable to bind the licenses to any machine. Are these UAT or Test Suite licenses?

The note return on the orchestrator under the Test is “Using this license requires the testing module of Orchestrator to be installed.”
