Unable to find existing files and folders using GSuite Application Scope

Im able to find files and folders created using UiPath but not existing/old files and folders. It returns nothing. I setup OAuth 2.0 Client IDs using only my personal Gmail ID.

I’m using GSuite Application Scope, not “Use Google Drive”.
No issue when using “Use Google Drive”.
