Unable to download attachment for jira service desk but able to download for jira

Hi,

i am able to download attachment perfectly from jira but not able to downlaod atachment when i use jira service desk api link.
tried with custom activities of jira and without custom activities also and for without custom activity , jworking for jira but not for jira servcie desk.
jira connection is validated but for jira servcie desk it is not returning any value in jason for “issues”
check below images.
fisst is for jira and second is for jira servcie desk.
both ticket contains attachment named abc.xlsx
not able to exactly what is the issue.

Hello Mathkar,
Is not working with Jira Desk service.
You need to try RAW REST API:

hello,

just checked with access team and issue got solved .
some access / username not added in jira group able to downlaod the file.(using jira custom activities and without custom activities)
but now issue is file is not opening.
showing below error.

but if use the link whcih automation is providing from that link able download properly but when it downlaods directly using api then not opening .

Tried with vb.net code, able to download file but for file same error as above.
np , i will open link in google chrome and download.
still if yoiu find any update for same issue you can update me.
