Unable to connect to IBM notes

Hi,
I’m trying to connect IBM notes from UIPath studio using the notes activity. And in the configuration I believe only password and output variable are needed and the Lotus client 10.0.1 is installed in the same machine. But it is getting timeout. Can you please let me know what might be the reason. Sharing the log for your reference:

I’ve configured the Lotus Notes activity based on this documentation only, but still getting timeout. No details about the actual error. Please look into it.
