Unable to click on Extract text function in activity panel

Hi All,
I am currently using UiPath 2023.8 version, while using the UiPath studio I got stuck 2 times during click on extract text function from activity panel. It stuck and not even click on any area of UiPath studio.

Any suggestion on this??

click in + at workflow then search it then enter or alt+1
i’m in 2023.8, but no problem

I tried to use short cut key but UiPath is hanging/freezing.

You simply drag the extract text from activity panel and drop in the design panel of your workflow.
From the design panel by click plus symbol the command prompt of activities you can simply add that activity to your workflow by double clicking the activity.

This is not done by doing all this

Restart the studio

you can close studio then open again
check task process in your PC
uninstall and re-install again
