After switching to Enterprise licensing, there is no option available to assign licenses to users and groups in Admin > Accounts & Groups > Users and Admin > Accounts & Groups > Groups. How can this be resolved?
Issue Description
After switching to Enterprise licensing, there is no option available to assign licenses to users and groups in Admin > Accounts & Groups > Users and Admin > Accounts & Groups > Groups.

Root Cause
Licenses can be assigned to Users and Groups if and only if User Licensing Management is enabled. User license management is enabled by default for all organizations created after March 1, 2021.
Resolution
- The User License Management is available in the Cloud organization's Admin section, by accessing the Settings tile, and choosing the Advanced tab.
- Once User License Management is enabled, log out of all current sessions of Automation Cloud and then login again.
- The option to assign licenses to Users and Groups will be available.
