UiPath2018 Device ID already activated, trial not allowed after code activation

Hi there

I ma getting the folowing error “Device ID already activated, trial not allowed after code activation” while I start up my UiPath Studio community (ver 2017), I notice that I forgot renewing my trail code after 2 months, so I renewed it from the following page (with the provided DeviceId)
https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license

It still didn’t work…

so I uninstalled my Uipath Studio Community(ver 2017) and installed the 2018 version , the same problem occured…

Should I e-mail to the support department or Just need to wait for 2~3 days?

Here is the error information

Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: No Error
License status: Device ID already activated, trial not allowed after code activation

You can only submit a ticket with an enterprise email address: Contact Technical Support

Hello there. Thanks for getting back.

No, I’m a community user.

Thanks @ovi

Any idea how I can get my UiPath to work again? I’m a community user. Do you think they can they reset the activation code?

Thanks in advance

But how did you get the Trial code in the first place? Because when you register for Trial you have to give an enterprise email as well.
Which version do you have?

To honest, I’m not sure. When I first registered I thought I had to have a company email so I gave that one and was sent a code. Later I installed the software and now I’m not sure if I registered the software with the activation code or with my personal email. Messed up, I know.

In this case you can submit a ticket with the same company email.

Ok. I’ll give it try.

Thanks

Is there any solution for this?
