Uipath studio need to Run modern activities update excel version

In my UiPath studio is not run to the excel modern activites due to older version…here attched screen shot

you can use Excel workbook activitys its not required excel install in system

Office 2010 is already out of support so should not be used.

Modern Excel activities not supported by UiPath activities package. You will have to upgrade the Excel version or use Workbook activities which are not dependent on excel.

Hi @nirmalad123

Excel activities cannot compatible for Microsoft 2010 version, It only compatible from 2013 to Office 365.

→ If you want to use the Excel data in your automation process, Read the Excel data to a datatable by using Read range workbook activity.
→ Then use the For each row in datatable activity to iterate each row in the datatable.

but i need combine 2 excel file …each file have one is 4 sheets and another one is 3 sheets…so i use for each current file …but it is throwing an excel error like verson…any alternate activity in classic activities

For Classic Excel activities also new version Excel has to be installed in the machine.

Instead of using the classic activites you can use the workbook activities, for these there is no requirement for Excel installation.

Close this thread and create a new post by mentioning all your requirement and say want to work with Workbook activities.
