may i know on which step you are getting error? Are you trying to download package from studio

1. Open Studio Project
2. Manage Packages
3. Click All packages
4. Search for the required package
5. Click download or install

This is the error message from the system. It is incompatible with both Windows and cross - platform, and cannot be downloaded.

Package might be compatible only with windows legacy

Could you please create a new project using Windows Legacy and try downloading the package. If it is working in windows legacy projects - you might need to contact UiPath support team to know if there are any packages with similar functionality which would support other project types as well
