UiPath.Server.Configuration.OData.UpdateToLatestPackageVersion doesn't work in 2018.3

UiPath.Server.Configuration.OData.UpdateToLatestPackageVersion method worked in 2016.2 but not after upgrading to 2018.3, it doesn’t work.
