UIPATH Robot Error-Failed to install package First.Run.with.Studio.1.0.1

Good evening everyone hope all is well. I have the following error regarding my first run

Failed to install package First.Run.with.Studio.1.0.1.

I followed all the tutorial videos, but it looks like the run cannot be installed (does not give me the option) is there anything I’m missing or something I need to install?
