Does Document Understanding need AI Component?

In order to deploy out-of-the-box ML packages, you need to use AI centre. Yes you need that.

In the license model, document understanding pre-requisites only orchestrator is listed. AI center is not listed?

When you deal with complex unstructured documents, you might have to use AI Center for ML packages deployment & retraining.
