Uipath Orchestrator issue in another machine

Hi @soundarya_vanama,

Follow these steps to solve your problem:

  1. Disconnect your Assistant and you will be able to get the MACHINE NAME.
  2. Create Machine: Goto Orchestrator → Tenants → Machines → Standard Machine and paste the machine name which you have copied from the Assistant
  3. Create Folder: Goto Orchestrator → Tenants → Folders → Modern Folder.
3.1 Once created, select the folder → under machines tab → allocate the machine which you have created.
  4. Enabling Unattended BOT access: Goto Orchestrator → Tenants → Manage Access → select the user → enable the unattended robot.
  5. For Domain\Username: open cmd and type whoami, copy the value and paste it in the domain field and under Password type your system password and set Credential Type as Windows Credentials.
  6. Before update, kindly disconnect the assistant once, then update else you will get an error.
Once updated, reconnect your assistant as it is.
  7. Now, upload the workflow to the orchestrator and run the process.

Note: if you face any issue related to an unattended license. Allocate the license to the machine.
