i have a Main form with 3 Buttons(Patients,Doctor & Insurance) when a user click on patient button it should Trigger another form with Login & Register Buttons

Is it local forms?

ideally apps would be a good case for this

but if you need forms then on click of button can close the current form and usign get form values you can get what is clicked and accordingly use if condition to display the next form
