Uipath execution problem

I am pressing the run button in studio and trying to execute reframework,uipath studio is running but output panel is empty.I have waited 10 minute but the state of the studio remains the same every time.What is the problem .

The workflow is not even starting, Are you able to run other workflows? @Nurullah_Kus

it could run a couple days ago but i cant run now

i cant even end it using stop button.I am only able to close it via task manager.

it is solved,it is because i try to open a project from new version uipath which is 2019.7 and i have installed 2019.5 one.
