UiPath - CrowdStrike Integration Error

Hello Everyone,
I’m getting this error when I try to run my job in unattended mode. This job stucks at a place where it needs to connect to Microsoft online exchange using get exchange mail message activity. Looks like UiPath executor is trying to connect to CrowdStrike but is not able to. Anyone has faced similar issue, any guidance is most appreciated.

Which authentication are you using?

We’re using username and password authentication along with application id and directory id.

Also, you may try to upgrade the robot to 23.10.7 using this installer https://download.uipath.com/versions/23.10.7/UiPathStudio.msi
